    Derby Table *UpdatePrototyping is over and the table first version is in the process of receiving a low V.O.C. Waterlox finish.  There will be no stain, the reclaimed poplar, sourced from Longwood Antique Woods is beautiful on its own, and will age even further very well.  Special thanks to Gathering Wood, Jim van Vegten, for his skilled fabrication work.   This table is in the beginning phases of fabrication and construction.  There will be a prototype or two, and then some final hard wood editions.
